I had a failed transaction from Dwolla and did not receive any response from the custom service email, it's been about 8 hours.

my id was 76c50886-6bbf-4ba6-9d54-2548f859d2bf

Processed!

Hi, I need help with order: 75bc2494-3669-4899-9b9d-11865d2b223d please. Why sometimes you still have "control" of your MtGox/Btce code and can cancel it and give ourselves a refund?

And then others like this one says:

Hey, we just ran out of BTCe funds again.

Let me explain how it works!

First, go to BTC-e.com and on the bottom right you can see our reserves, currently at 0 which is why it failed. Further, this order will be processed as soon as we have reserves. If you are using our system thru the API software, it would have rejected the transaction. We are rolling out a new glitch that will not allow transfers to take place if we have no reserves as well!

Let me know if you want to wait, or a refund.
