We are definatly in the peak ICO bubble phase. People are throwing money at any coin expecting a instant 10x return.

mining phase is over, now it's ICO time
but yes, everybody expect big ROI in first week of trading
Every bubble has its end, and this one will be over too, but I think it must first begin :-) I mean we're still waiting for the results of the first big ico which was Lisk, then there will be Waves, DAO, Mycelium, Elastic, RISE, and few smaller ones...
