You don't seem to understand either statements. Theymos is right when he says that the forum does not need more money, as in, it has enough money to remain fully functional. My statement was more general, e.g. you could donate the money to charity (which is a bad example, but applies).Again, I think that the price is too high and would result in excluding the majority of people who are not already wealthy.
