I can't even being to describe how ridiculous this is. Example: You have a hotmail account. You receive an email from the Nigerian prince asking for your personal information for money transfer. You give him that information. Things go "nicely" afterwards. Do you sue hotmail for this? The only one that needs to be blamed is your own brain.
