They have said that they don't know where is is as the tracking was never updated after arriving into the UK. I have not received a customs letter either, but i don't know how long they would take to arrive.
So the parcel is in the UK, the tracking number is functional, but they can't give you any information with regards to it? That sounds odd, don't you agree?
Yes very strange still no sign of them, my latest 2 orders have arrived tho in the standard time.
