Atletico already has no chance, the best they can do is reaching the same points as Barcelona, but Barcelona would still be on top because they won both matches when they faced each other.

The only way Barcelona won't win the title is Real Madrid winning against Deportivo (which is a weak team and in my opinion not that hard to beat) and Barcelona drawing or losing to Granada (seems more unlikely, even though it happened in one of the recent seasons).
