$1,000,000 of pre-orders at BTC $10, later BTC rises to $16, I refund you back in $ cost of item, $1,000,000 refund for you and $600,000 for me.  

I'm not suggesting that's what's going on here, just how you could obtain free funding for a FPGA farm. Wink
