To me he don't look dumb, maybe he's an expert himself. Else someone wouldn't be that dumb to put almost 400K USD into a coin which didn't even launched.

you misread dump to dumb lmao. Like most of us investors, he has high hopes for waves, has a money to throw ( alot of money), and i guess thats it no more no less.
