Can somebody explain me one thing?
Total hashrate of hodl.blockquarry.com is less then total hashrate of hodl.maxminers.net.
Why blocks in hodl.blockquarry.com are found more often then in pool hodl.maxminers.net?
Thank you!

pretty simple really: hashrate alone isn't what determines the speed at which a pool will find blocks. Number of miners also plays a big factor in it.
looking at the number of workers on the 3 pools now,
suprnova: 1095
blockquarry: 635
maxminers: 50
and the reported pool hashrates:
suprnova: 338kh/s
blockquarry: 101kh/s
maxminers: 151kh/s
difference in hashrate between blockquarry and maxminers really isn't that large, but the difference in number of workers is. the larger offset in number of workers is more than likely attributing to the higher count of blocks solved.
Now, when maxminers DOES solve a block, each miner will end up getting a bigger piece of the pie (for that block) because it is distributed amongst fewer users, so take that into consideration too.
