Point is, there is no "fair" price for something, there is only the market price. You either buy now, or wait, if you think that it will go lower. But markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.

Anyhow, don't be so stuck up. It would be problematic if there was a discussion going on and I would change it significantly in the middle of it. That's where I draw a line.
In this case, I don't see any harm.
