bought 2 of the ing prepaid cards for 50$ eacht plus 40$ shipping kosts from ukraine to europa.

so the cards arrived.  he sent by dhl express - i told before not to send with express. but it arrived - a bit expensive, but ok.

next fail here is that i cannot find any data about these cards wich came with one kind of flyer and a sheet of paper withot any reansonable infos.
no IBAN, no BIC, the seller told me that he had activated the cards by the inkbank.pl because its only possible by phone and they only speak polish language.
ok on the paper with the delivered cards this is one option to recieve the pin and activate. the other possibility is to do that by internet online on the ingbank.pl. but you need an account to do so i think.

ok im waiting for the IBAN and the Bic by privatemessage.
seller did not respond since that morbing although he was online.

im not very saticfied about that offer have to say.
