But why does the chinese not already buy the ethereum on non chinese exchange already it they want it before this time? Do they have to wait to buy on chinese exchanges?  Does add on chinese exchange for coins always equal a price increase for this coin? I understand the more volume they can gamble up and down but why the higher price?
