Maybe scammers is a harsh word, but I do not know how else to describe it properly. "We have now information about that the new S9 miner soon will come out on the market so now you can preorder your mining shares with the new S9 Miners", is what is stated on their page. That's pretty vague. Under such arguments, one could also be pre-selling quantum computers (the S9's), because there are already regular computers on the market (the S7's)...

Fact is, is that S9's are not there yet, let alone any (rough) specifications. S9's are thus date still a rumor, nothing more. Though Miningsweden is selling such units, be them as preorders though, at the same price/speed as S7's, without them having any knowledge on those (rough) specifications.
So basically, until Bitmain itself is a) announcing them, and b) enclose their (aimed) specifications, and c) selling them, and d) actually shipping them, Miningsweden is simply (pre)selling air or vaporware...
