Hey restless. I'm not completely sure on the matter myself but I think that there isn't a clear way to get this. I think that some show estimates based on the network difficulty like the p2pools. You can see here for example http://crypto.office-on-the.net:12347/static/ .Shows the network hashrate but I think it's just estimated (without knowing for a fact).
