Hi folks, I got some additional information today.

He tricked me into trading with him using another identity (bitpeter) although the trade was legitimate and he provided the bitcoin (he went first), I figured out later that they were one and the same due to same sort code, same IP, same location.

Here is another alias of the elusive alwaysminings for you folks, Mr Peter Knowles 87568829 601717

Which puts him Here, the location also matches the GeoIP, so I think we have quite possibly found him
