But really its so good for dev or project manager to be more transparent to all people/investor here as op said the project is stated to be planned to 2 months ago, i think thats enough long and proper preparation for their coin and now they introduce it to market.
well i'm a bit worried with the ICO because of heuristic question,this one should be clearly explained just to make the investor sure
