I just wanted to say that I have successfully used BitInstant once, it worked fine. But I made the mistake of putting in my email address in wrong once when ordering my bitcoins (requested that they be emailed to me), and still after contacting BitInstant support for 3 weeks I have not received my money via email. It was originally a mistake on my part, but I contacted them and let them know whats up, gave them the correct email multiple times, and still nothing. At this point I don't even think they care about it and I am pretty much kissing my money good bye. BitInstant is a good service in concept, but when they can't deal with this sort of issue then there is a problem. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be using this service again after this mess.

What are you talking about? We sent the Bitcoins to the wallet you gave us 4 days ago!

My order seems to be stuck. I also never got a confirmation email like I normally do.
