If you wanted to ensure that he would keep up to his word (which he probably isn't going to do) (or maybe this is your alt account or whatever) you would have requested that you get the list of return address (which there probably isn't) and you would send them back personally (which you probably won't).
Also, I've helped him point out bugs on his (shitty) website, as well as other people helped pitch in and was excited about this (god awful) project.

He is not a joke, he was in on it or got a good amount of bitcoins to cover his involvement. Facts are facts and I opened a scam accusation thread against him

But he (Notaek) appearenty being both an escrow and signature campaign manager (WTF how can someone like him got be trusted for both?) forget about his duties and chose for easy money thinking he was out of range of the facts.
