These coins belong to their respective Cryptsy owners. If I see them landing in an exchange I stand ready to have them frozen; I have approached them already. Its not a 100% guarantee of a quick intervention on their part, but exchanges have been alerted.
So if this cbx went out from the market another whale will play again and state whatever direction they wanted to do? I hope everything would be discuss properly between dev and this owners I believe sir Von capability to resolved this possible concerned. We just need to continue to work and spread the opportunity.
