These coins belong to their respective Cryptsy owners. If I see them landing in an exchange I stand ready to have them frozen; I have approached the exchanges already. Its not a 100% guarantee of a quick intervention on their part, but exchanges have been alerted.
Once these coins hit any exchange, its impossible to do anything right?
It's been done before with other coins. I suggest you guys withdraw all your CBX from exchanges, now... just in case.
It's never a good idea to leave coins at an exchange, no reason to panic just yet, let's just be careful.
