The site is fine it is a site about paying to unpixelate images. My guess is that image he has is fake.
As I saw announcement of this unpix service I thought that people might use it and we will see influx of pixelated fake pictures of users pretending to be a women etc.
And voila, it is starting there is no guarantee that it is Op in this peicture, nor that she is a girl etc. All in all, don't expect it to be nothing but a fake guys.
