I think there is no open slot for this job anymore, the OP have a loyal employees who do not leave the job to give us a chance.
And I think the job is not even worth to do now. the rates are getting lower and almost half now. and you can't earn that much anymore as you earned in started. everyone who took advantage of this work in beginning they earned good money in starting days. and now they are not earning well. so better to look something else to do now instead of wasting time here.
