I'm wondering what the difference between the two are. Is Paypal My Cash irreversible or reversible? Also, is it safe to take Paypal My Cash ?
Paypal My Cash is reversible when purchased with a credit card, it cannot be charged back when it was purchased with cash.
The problem is scammers fake receipts that say the payment method was cash and then reverse the transaction from the CC.
I don't think there's any way to be sure it won't be charged back.
You can never get your money back while your paying with the cash paying method of paypal so if you purchase something don't use that just use the normal paypal method. Many times better without any dangerous meanings.
