Interesting is that Germany is not supported by Coinbase..
I doubt if this list has anything to do with the regulation of bitcoin in those countries.
coinbase is not the representative of bitcoin it is just another service which is based on US laws (located in San Francisco California) so that might be the reason for such a list and they just offer service to places they see fit.
