Can I expect this matter to be resolved today? I was contacted 4 days ago by rachel and told this would be taken care of by support. and now this second order hasn't gone through.. I'm just worried there is something wrong with the system. If it can't be taken care of today I'm not sure if I can use Bitinstant as I usually have coins within half an hour. Not longer than a week..
I will get the price of the coin that I was to purchase a week ago as well for one of my orders?
