I am hoping to receive my funds tomorrow.


I have been told multiple times that my funds are "safe" ("just stuck"?) are being "taken care of"? but for how long must one wait before they question what is really going on? Others come on here after not having received their bitcoins for a few hours and a day and now they are receiving their funds?!

Tomorrow will be day # 9 for waiting for one transaction of 503.95. If I don't receive my funds tomorrow... well I don't know how I can recommend this service any longer.

Tomorrow will also be day #2 for not receiving a second transfer of 503.95.

I am HOPING that this weekend will not be the second weekend with no replies from the support team.. and also the second weekend waiting with no bitcoins; the 1000$ in bitcoins now in backed up bitcoins that are owed to me.

Please, team.. if this can be resolved.. well I'd love to continue to recommend this service to all who I share the joy of bitcoin with. Right now I need support and for someone to really tell me why it takes 9 days to receive my money when it is known that it is because of the double spend filter. Wouldn't it be an easy fix?

And this API issue for my second transfer of 500$.. Will this be happening again?

If I knew there weren't going to be anymore problems.. well I'd just go back to the bank and do ANOTHER transfer.. I owe a co worker 500$ in coins and have for 9 days. This is getting quite difficult to explain.
