We don't know, all we know for sure is yobit and c-cex are adding it tonight. IMO bittrex will add it tonight, there's money to be made from trading fees and bittrex won't want to let yobit cut into its profits.

I've transferred my btc to bittrex but then should I transfer some to C-cex??
