Hey there! I'm a new guy here and also a beginner with bitcoin. I'm not sure this topic is the right place to ask, but I have a question about so-called HYIP programs which are usually claimed to be scam.
If these services are obviously fraudulent, why so many people still fall for that? And how to aviod that?
