As a newbie you won't get many options in terms of signature campaigns. You won't get paid very much either. As far as I know, there is only 777coin and Bitvest accepting newbies at the moment, but they are currently experiencing some trouble as well.

I suggest you go to an independent forum if you only have a newbie account. You'll be able to earn way more, around 0.0001 a post. An example of these forums are www.metabtc.com.
