Thanks Joel. How can 1 check blockchain in synced?

The last few hours the blockchain doesn't even seem to be working (!!!)
https://explorer.lisk.io/ gives nothing

So how can we sync the wallet without the blockchain ??

I still don´t understand how people were able to transfer coins to Polo yesterday night.
