You are right, now bitcoin price is going up and also in 2016 more people are using the bitcoin instead of the last two years.
bitcoin live long, most of the qualities are here in bitcoin so i can say it easily that bitcoin will live long in future. May be bitcoin price will up or down but bitcoin will live in future.
