Can I ask about the final status of your deposit?
Bittrex.com had some delays from time to time. Mostly with withdrawals when the most of users withdraw requests were sorted out with their bare hands
I think that a little delay shouldn't be a big deal as long as your deposit was successful.

To be clear, it wasn't a problem with our wallet or bittrex. We have a very rudimentary method of determining if a wallet is healthy or not; by seeing when the last block was received. Unfortunately, with bitcoin, it is possible to go 52 minutes without seeing a block. Tis the nature of the blockchain.
