Every known stratum version is now supported directly at eth.cncoin.farm. No need for proxy if your miner supports it. Pool fee will go to 1% after we hit the next block and it pays out. We now have North America and Europe servers, too.

Their is no way to set share diff on pool most pools support variable share difficulty based on your hashing power. I wouldn't worry too much on it. But if concern to you maybe to try another pool to mine on. Fair few to chose from in list
