Under attack how precisely? Genuine question, since I read somewhere (~~cannot exactly recall where~~ added source) that DASH miners are actively censoring DarkSend transactions and thereby slowing them down significantly. Your notion could be related.

Actually, that was a bug. In fact, I think we fixed it in 12.1 already (thx Udjin!). Along with a really nasty bug that stops the budget system from syncing properly as well. The next version should have swimmingly fast syncing and privacy Tongue
