But they haven't had any new block's found for hours or day's

http://pool.expanse.tech and http://dwarfpool.com/exp are finding blocks

The network hashrate has dropped, The diff is dropping but the block time is now at 2 minutes per block from the hashrate drop.

Once the diff catches up the block time will drop back to 1 minute again and blocks will get mined faster.
