no it is bad time to sell now as price is very small, even if it rises now it is still bad moment to sell bitcoins, actually i think that it is very good moment to buy bitcoins now

and you should sell your bitcoins only when price is large, and price will be large after halving, price probably will rise to 850$ or even more so you will be able to sell for much more later
