Who"s that top account holder of lisk with more that 27 million lisks? I see max and Oli are buying some lisk also,they now have more than four million,there"s also five account with more than four mil lisks.

You don't actually own the Lisk until it's withdrawn to your wallet
Did you forget about all the times people lost their crypto when a centralized exchange was hacked?
It's best to withdraw all funds from an exchange, if it's not needed for trading anymore. I think Poloniex is one of the more secure altcoin exchange in existence, however the LSK are still not in your own hands. I think it was quite clear from the beginning that we distance ourselves from exchanges, and we will continue to do so. That's why we will always suggest to hold the LSK in one's own address.
Additionally, users should vote with their funds in order to secure the network.
