The company has been registered under a name you have not searched for. The company has been waiting for a pin (which they currently received by snail mail) and are in the process of changing the registered name.
Yeah, no big deal, just a $50k penalty - that's like two weeks worth of dumping. And/or two years of free meals and lodging.
