I will try out all the tips and tricks soon but so far I still don't get why exactly the Y-cable would be a better/worse choice than the powered USB hub? The Y-cable gives more power to the stick and transmittes its data, okay. But the powered USB hub does the same, right? I mean it gives extra power by being extra powered
Yet the Y-cable can pull even more power when the stick is being overclocked, did I get that correctly? Sorry for the redundancy, I just want to understand where the advantages and disadvantages are within both setups.
