What are the specifics of this signature campaign?

Also, what is your contingency for held funds should the site be taken down? Would it be prudent to ask investors (and those with significant sums still playing) for an emergency address that their cold funds could be sent to in that extreme case? Or would it just be back to the addresses from which deposits came (bear in mind that for many hosted wallets the outgoing addresses don't correlate to the wallets)?
