That is a smart decision if you are not going to sell any coin now and that is nice if you are waiting for a better value and that would be also perfect for the future. There are a lot of people that is still waiting for a price increase so they can sell the Bitcoin with a lot of money.
Different people have different strategies.Some want to make money in a short period of time and therefore prefer to trade and take every opportunity to make a profit.
Others see Bitcoin as a long term investment and don't really care what it is going at the moment.I know people who plan to hold for at least 10 years!! Even if the price hits 10k, they wanna hold!
Yeah but I think there will be very few people who will be having that high level of patience to hold it that longer, majority of people will dump their coins before that.
