UPDATE: I just now got my two bitinstant.com e-mails after previously only receiving an e-mail from ZipZap about a successful order. It's 10:30 Sunday night and they still fixed it apparently. I don't personally know many companies that have support running at this time. I do some IT work (in addition to programming) and my company definitely doesn't have any sort of support available after normal business hours and none on weekends.
I see a lot of people freaking out and getting very demanding over an apparent problem in the system (with the source of the problem being unknown) and others already demanding a refund immediately after having a problem; ridiculous.
It's understandable to be upset but these people aren't scammers. Your money is not lost. They will fix it.
