You say some cards are tweaked to stay at 100%, is this permanent or not?

I run the rigs in my living room, it gets way enough air (my 7950s are all under 55° with 50% fan) so the noise is quite a concern... If so I'l take all the cards you can offer for .8btc and 15 eth

I'd love to take them all but I'm short on funds, and I have to buy mobo/cpu/ram combo to put the cards on...
