Please let me clarify the situation regarding your withdrawal. As our staff has mentioned earlier about our Polish bank, the issue is that they have imposed a withdrawal limit for us. This means that we are not able to send out more EUROs than their restriction each day. However, we are processing all withdrawals in queue and have been clearing the withdrawal requests prior to your request. Your withdrawal will be processed soon once we reach your queue and we will update the status through your ticket. We are also working with our lawyers to get the Polish bank to give us higher withdrawal limits, but as this is a legal process, it may take some time before our limits can be increased.
