i see that there is a big difference between bitcoin's CNY price and USD price.
In China, Is it possible to exchange CNY <--> USD in any exchange office freely at xe.com rate ?
at that site Currently : 1.00 USD = 6.56570 CNY
Also, is it possible for foreigners with Chinese bank account to withdraw CNY from huobi.com ?

there is a 50,000$/year limit for each china citizen to exchange for any foreign currency. but for foreigners, it is not allowed to exchange their CNY for USD or any other foreign currency except one situation that is the CNY you hold is exchanged from the currency you bring when you enter china. this means you can't take your money (which is obtained from selling btc) out of china, even if you buy a air ticket to china. of course, you can spend it in china
