Good Morning,

Most of your orders failed because they got stuck in our double spend fraud filter.

Everyone knows we are not a scam, so to those who cried scam 15 times, alot of times its likely user error.

We always refund the fees
i have used bitinstant cash to a bitcoin address in the past with no issues but this time never recieved my BTC. i deposited the money at 3:14 pm 1/30/13 it is currently 8:14 am 2/2/2013 and i have yet to recieve them. when i checked the order it said order execution failed.

I am seeing you process others orders how long until I recieve my btc and will I recieve them at 1/30 prices as inflation has risen a lot
