I'm also gonna dump my bitcoins when the price is good but right now I'm not gonna dump them.
The bitcoin future is way too good to dump them if you ask me.
You can make do a split, just sell a part and hold a part on this way you are still making profit and you can wait on what is coming for the halving in the future.
Maybe the halving will be good this year but I doubt about that.
Dumping will be only good if the value is really low and when it will be useless but around this time you also can see now that the value of the Bitcoin is rising slowly.
So that is nice for the currency itself but of course you cant know what the value will be of the Bitcoin.
