There is no mining of RiseCoin, rather there will be forging with delegate nodes just like with LISK
Newbie (i was also Newbie once), you had the time to quote to OP, but did not read it. If you are interested in the coin/project take time to know it, especially if you plan to invest some hard earned cryptocoins & time in it.
