What this does is, whoever completes/downloads an offer, it gets credited to my account which I can then credit to you by sending you the promised amounts on this thread. However, if you don't complete any offers, I don't get anything from it. So it's not the kind of referral you're talking about. Am I clear now?
I was just trying to clear things because surely those people who registered under you have to understand how they would earn besides from completing the offers. So to simply put it, you get paid when people who registered under you completes an offer. But you do not get paid once someone registers under you.
Seems like the offers are only available to some countries. There's no offer available in my country though (the Philippines).
