Buysolar and I have two s-9 s on order.

We may do a third one.

At 220 $ a share for 10 shares. That should cover purchase price  and setup.

At 230 $ a share for 10 shares. That would be a 100 $ profit up front.

For us.


I am not sure how to price hosting of it.

We have the solar array setup giving very cheap power. And we could supply a platinum or gold power supply to run it. At five cents a kwatt.  The gear would cost 7 cents an hour to run since it should use 1.4 kwatts

So 7 x 24 = 1.68 $ a day or 50 a month.  The psu cost about 5 a month to rent.

That means if we charged 55 a month to run one s-9 we would break even.

The 5 cent a kwatt figure is what buysolar can get by simply selling the power to the grid.

So the numbers above would be too cheap for us to charge.

As a 100 dollar profit on the deal is too small. For labor involved.

We can not do more then say six of these pieces.

This is all very tentative and may not be done we may simply buy six and mine for our selves.

But I thought I would toss this up and see what people think.

So 10 shares at $230 a share to get one s-9
And $55.00 a month for power and for the psu.

That is too cheap for us too offer.

We need to determine a fair pricing for it if we do it.

We would not do it as a preorder..  We would take funds in once the gear is in shipping mode.

Up time don't know maybe a day per month down time.
